• Positif: El Hotel está al ladito de todo: playa, zona comercial y zona de marcha. El personal te informa perfectamente de lo que quieras, muy amables. Limpieza y situación excelentes. Desayuno con fruta.

• Positif: How close it was to the beach and the room was acceptable. One member of staff is acceptable helpful and is willing to book transport for the guests when needed.
• Négatif: The staff!! The staff are rude and unhelpful it was like staying in a hotel run by the Adams family. When we arrived at 8o'clock in the morning with no where else to go we wanted to put our luggage in so we could at least go and have breakfast walk around etc... an agressive short baldy man greeted us with "NO!Check in is not unto 4pm" ..... first of all we had been told check in was at 12pm via email and we had to check out at 12pm therefore we were not even getting a full 1 day stay in the hotel. When i said about this they did not care they simply told us to come back at 4pm would not take our luggage at 12pm another member of staff then took our luggage and allowed us to sit in the lobby - in the lobby u were not allowed to eat or drink... which was ridiculous considering they would not let us check in unto 4pm and would not take our luggage so we could go to a restraunt to fetch something to eat. Various other tourists then began to arrive around 11am with no booking and immediately getting a room. Whilst my double room and triple room was "unavailable" at half 3 after several other walkin guests received their room key i went up the desk and complained for the third/fourth time to a female member of staff who knew how to deal with customers and work in a hotel said that thetriple room had been ready after hours of being ignored, however the double one was not but in my rage she magiced a double room out of thin air for me after none being available - weird considering it should have been ready from 12pm considering i pre-paid. The "breakfast" in the mornings is basically bread rolls with sachets butter or jam. The small agreesive man who works evenings also told me to shut up or "sssshhhhhhhhhh" the whole way to my room when i was wearing shoes with a slight heel which is really not my fault when u have hard tiles. But if u dont wear shoes, travel with no suitcase, like waiting around for 8hours on a room (which is just average with dirty floors), you like breadrolls, enjoy being treated like crap (sort of like being on a school trip at times- the staff are like crazy teachers fed up with kids and you are not allowed to walk around the hotel when the "lights out" signal has been raised, for example to go down and get two bottles of water when your thirsty is treated like your starting a riot) and you can get along with agressive/scary staff...Then Hotel tramontana is right for you!
