• Staff: 10 Reception staff excellent. Only complaint was we ordered a set menu in restaurant, which included wine. We ordered wine from the menu (rather than what was included), but were not advised that this would cost extra or that any allowance between the cost of the two wines would be made. We should have been made aware of this.
