• Positive: This hotel has the best location on san sebastian beach. Reception staff were very friendly.
• Negative: Hotel is very dated and needs a refurbishment to moderise, especially the bathrooms.

• Cleanliness: 5 The bathroom wasnt great. Black stains in the grouting. Bath plug blocked with previous room occupant hair. Had to ask several times for it to be sorted out.
• Location: 7.5 Location to the beach is excellent with easy access to all facilities.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Very strange setup with the breakfast room being g owned by a different company. I wanted a coffee in the evening outside and was told I couldnt. They would only serve me coffee after 7pm inside. In a hotel with outside restaurant I have never been refused a coffee. I had to complain to hotel reception. It would be much better if the room which potentially opens to the pool was a breakfast room.
• Staff: 5 Reception staff excellent. The restaurant attached unhelpful staff (one particular employee).
• Quietness: 10 Excellent
• Room: 2.5 Very dated. Needs refurbishment especially the bathroom.
• Value for money: 5 Room and breakfast adequate. All other hotels I have stayed in offer prosecco at breakfast. No tea or coffee facilities in room. This is the usual standard I would expect for a 4* hotel.
