• Staff: 10 In particular, Bernat, Sandra, and Martina were incredibly helpful but everyone was great
• Quietness: 7.5 Street noise was actually fine, guest children running and screaming in the hallway not so fine. Also, late at night I could hear what sounded like laundry equipment running above my room
• Room: 5 The difference between room size, structure, amenities based on price is very random, this should be standardized.
• Value for money: 7.5 Again, some days I paid more for rooms that were of much less quality than other rooms. It's an odd policy.

• Negative: No había un solo toma de corriente para cargar el móvil y demás, solo desconectando la tv y el secador. Teniendo en cuenta q cada persona tiene un mínimo d 3 dispositivos, es muy escaso. COMENTO EN PLAN SUGERENCIA. No entiendo lo d las camas individuales para parejas por más tarde q se reserve. Gracias por todo. Me encanto Tossa y volveré a vuestro hotel.
