• Positive: The location. Very close to underground station & main bus routes. Also only a 20 minute walk from Las Ramblas. The Zinc rooftop bar, & complimentary afternoon coffee was a great way to relax for an hour before going out for the evening. Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly & helpful.

• Negative: The sewer smell in our room the first night was horrible. We requested to change rooms but were told that there was none available until the next night. We ended up switching rooms after the first night (we stayed for a total of 5 nights and had two rooms each night - one for ourselves and one for our children). The people at the front desk did their best to accommodate us but they really should have credited us for the one room for that first night since it was unlivable. Also, the entire hotel smells like cinnamon since they use a spray to cover up the sewer odor.

• Positive: The people - everyone who took care of us were wonderful and very attentive. The hotel was located very close to everything and was easy to get around town using the subway and by walking.
• Negative: I wish there had been a bathtub in our room, but I didn't specifically request a room with a tub so that's one me. The shower was excellent with very good water pressure !
