• Negative: 1. Service is bad. There were not enough tables for breakfast and people was queuing fro 20min to get a table to finally only get a shared table. There was no one to sit people so was really messy. Also no proper coffee served, only coffee machines.. 2. The staff at reception was rude. When we complained about breakfast (that by the way we paid on top of room rate) they replied us very badly 3. Décor of bathrooms is bad 4. Very expensive for the service and accommodation provided. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel

• Positive: I love the location of Villa Victoria, on the nice residential street but close enough to walk to the beach and old town. I liked the old , tall French window , the breakfasts are great , and the eating area and little yard outside are perfect. Not luxurious , but clean, pretty room and common area, and good value ! This was my 3rd stay at V V .
• Negative: Could use a make over in rooms and bathroom a bit , but not bad. Should let people know to make sure to reserve parking or not likely to be available.
