• Negative: Most of the staff were friendly and helpful: at dinner we asked the sommelier to suggest a wine for us; which he did but did not return to give us any further information on the wine or to ask whether we liked it. We were also sitting for a period of time waiting for plates to be cleared. Eventually we gave up and left the restaurant room. I was surprised by this in a hotel that markets itself as a wine lovers paradise that small details like providing information about the wine chosen were not looked after.
