  • Staff: 5 Uno de los días no tuvimos agua caliente para ducharnos y no nos los solucionaron hast el día siguiente. No sabían el por qué ni mostraron preocupación por la situación.

  • Room: 5 La habitación doble muy pequeña. Cama de matrimonio de 1.35 y prácticamente sin espacio alrededor. No cabía nada más.
  • Value for money: 5 No existía relación entre el precio que hemos pagado y los servicios ofrecidos. Habitación muy pequeña para dos personas.

  • Room: Not rated Ocupe con mi familia dos habitaciones, en una el lavabo se encontraba el cristal rajado, en la mia el desague del lavabo se salia, en la que me cambiaron la tv funcionaba mal se ponia en rojo o en verde toda la imagen y internet en la tv por el precio cobrado imposible de utilizar

  • Location: 5 Queda bastante lejos de la zona de visitas turísticas y del metro. No obstante, buena ubicación por ser zona tranquila

  • Quietness: Not rated Las habitaciones tienen las paredes muy endebles, por lo que se oyen absolutamente todos los ruidos de habitaciones contiguas o superiores. Portazos de armarios, agua, aspiradoras... a veces te asustas porque parece que el ruido procede de tu propia habitación.
  • Room: Not rated Valoro la habitación por la primera noche (y la más cara) en que dormimos en Zenit. La cama de matrimonio era poco mayor que el tamaño de una individual, no cabíamos. El baño no tenía bidé y no había espacio para movernos. Muy pequeña. Al día siguiente pedimos cambio en otra, con dos camas y ésta sí se ajustaba a estándares de habitaciones para compartir, eso sí, las vistas, en ninguno de los casos eran bonitas. Daban a un patio interior donde había un estractor de humos que acrecentaba el ruido
  • Value for money: 2.5 Una de las noches, la primera, pagué un precio que no correspondía. El resto, con la nueva habitación, ok

  • Negative: The corridor is very dark when leaving my hotel room, the lights come on only when you step away from the room%27s door. This can be a bit distressing as sometimes the corridor is pitch black for a few seconds before ligth is shed.
