Just off the motorway, great as an overnight stopover which worked for us. About 20km from Valencia City.

Nice pool area but no pool towels available - these are essential.

understaffed during the day - receptionist had to do everything and was quite frazzled. Need a bartender during the day for guests arriving who may want a drink. Service staff had poor English so communication was through Google!

Excellent hotel. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were amazing. Especially the waiter at the restaurant who was extremely welcoming and made our stay special. Also the evening reception staff the best service every day. The rooms are fabulous and special. Breakfast was great well stocked healthy mini buffet. The hotel is in excellent location to major roads in and out of Valencia. 7 minutes drive to a metro station with direct line into the city centre. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The spa was not really much of a spa. One treatment room. Hot tub in one room. Not great quality. Also no towels by the pool. Had to use our bathroom towels. Mosquitos massive problem at night so be prepared.

La cama supletoria que nos pusieron. El desayuno tampoco fue de nuestro agrado, ya que era algo escaso para un 4* y además el salón donde se tomaba era incómodo.

Que el jacuzzi de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente, el hilo musical tampoco funcionaba, el exterior de los cristales del balcón muy sucios y que no nos dieron ninguna solución por el problema del jacuzzi.

Para ser un 4 estrellas, los detalles de la habitacion son muy pobres (unos simples botecitos de champu y gel), el tamaño y el estado de la habitación es muy correcto, las vistas son muy normalitas, y de equipamiento, el hilo musical no funcionaba y el jacuzzi tampoco.

Cogi esa habitacion por que tenia el jacuzzi y no lo pude disfrutar por su mal funcionamiento, asi que es como si hubiese cogido una habitacion estandar a precio de suite
