• Cleanliness: 7.5 Estaba todo muy limpio cuando llegamos.
• Location: 10 La situación es de matrícula. Sin duda lo mejor del apartamento.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 No tiene piscina y las instalaciones son un poco antiguas. De los 8 apartamentos que tiene el complejo solo 2 tienen vistas a la charca de Máspalomas.
• Staff: 7.5 Era amable y eficiente pero se ve que hay poco personal.
• Quietness: 10 Muy tranquilo. Nos quedamos dos noches y no se oía ningún tipo de ruido.
• Room: 5 La habitación es pequeña, no tienen cama de matrimonio y una de las dos camas de 90 impide abrir con comodidad el armario. Este además, no abre bien porque golpea con la puertecita de la caja de seguridad.
• Value for money: 2.5 A mi modo de ver lo vi un poco caro en relación calidad/precio. Es cierto que por las vistas se paga pero el complejo está bastante anticuado. 100 €por noche me parece un poco caro.
