• Positive: Hotel and facilities very nice, rooms can be noisy, location quit remote
• Negative: Service not up to standard and quit reserved/unfriedly. I had the impression that everybody was given notice, no smile, we didn’t feel welcome ( except the reception) coffee terrible, welcome drinks just choice of to, very cheap alcohol, food nothing special but ok

• Quietness: 7.5 Only noise disturbance was guests returning late at night and the people above us walking about in noisy shoes with no thought to people in apartment below.
• Room: 7.5 Would have preferred less furniture in bedroom and did not like four poster bed - unnecessary.
