• Positive: Heated pool, friendly staff (especially animation), pool area and good size balcony
• Negative: The shower in our room both times isn't great in terms of the curtain rather than screen and also water drainage, needs upgrading.

• Cleanliness: 10 No issues at all, cleaning service was great
• Location: 7.5 Apart from the view of the power cables it's a great location, nice to be away from the busy area but close enough to get to everything quickly and cheaply
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Massage/spa by the pool is excellent, kids club and mini golf was a huge hit with the kids
• Staff: 7.5 Quite slow at times but friendly
• Quietness: 7.5 Had a little bit of road noise and from upstairs but not too bad
• Room: 7.5 Beds are quite hard but overall good, sofa bed was great, balcony is fabulous, kitchen good, just the shower really that let the room down a little

• Negative: Que no me mencionaron un beneficio que tenia por haber hecho la reserva x mas de 4 dias directamente con el hotel y cuando la reclamé (al 3 dia) me dijeron que harian una excepcion para darmela porque en realidad debia solicitarlo yo al momento del check in. Creo que si es un “regalo” es el hotel quien debe mencionarlo y no que el huespeded tenga que reclamarlo...
