• Positive: The location is great. Near good restaurants and a couple of minutes to the Metro. The Ramblas about ten minutes walk away too.

• Cleanliness: 10 The whole place was gleaming and my room was cleaned every day
• Location: 10 The Metro was a couple of minutes walk but there were lots of interesting restaurants nearby
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 There was a wash hand basin in my room but the bathroom nearby was always free and very smart and modern
• Staff: 10 friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 5 there was some noise in the street outside sometimes
• Room: 7.5 comfy bed and plenty of hot water . simple but clean.
• Value for money: 10 the value for money here is excellent.
