• Positive: La comodidad de la cama. La limpieza de las habitaciones.
• Negative: No ponen la calefacción, hace mucho frío, tuvimos también problemas con el agua caliente y con el agua que hubo una mañana que estuvo cortado. El baño es muy antiguo.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 clean towels every second day, fatilities maybe not brand new, but clean and tidy

• Staff: 7.5 most of them don't speak English, however they're all very friendly so basic communication is not a problem even if you don't speak Spanish
• Quietness: 2.5 it's a bit noisy but what else to expect when living close to the main city street? of course you can hear people walking and in the morning guys cleaning streets... worst thing that if you get a room close to the reception, you'll hear everything what's going on there
• Room: 7.5 my single room with sink was exactly what i expected (and needed) - i had enough space to put my stuff, the bed was surprisingly big (would say it was for two people), a tiny balcony was an additional benefit
• Value for money: 7.5

• Staff: 5 Good: 24/7 presence Bad: Most of the employees didn't speak English
• Quietness: 5 Because there were not very much visitors. I think in high season it could be noisy. From outside it was fine, because the pension is located on floor 7 or something.
• Room: 5 Medium, just good for having a place to sleep. It was included sink, shower and television. We didn't expected anything more.
• Value for money: 10 Very cheap for such a nice location (almost on the Ramblas)
