• Staff: 2.5 i didn't speak very good spanish, but at least i tried - the hostess was very unpleasant, angry person.
• Quietness: Not rated could hear hostess arguing loudly with staff at late hours.
• Room: 2.5 it was claustrophobic, cigarette holes in the blanket
• Value for money: 5 i was close to placa catalunya which was great, but everything else was just tolerable. i probably wouldn't stay there again.
