• Negative: There was no elevator at Hostal Prado. Also, there was so soap at the bathroom.

• Cleanliness: 10 It was very neat and clean.
• Location: 10 It really near to every tourist sites.
• Common facilities and services: 5 There was no soap at the bathroom. It was quite annoying when I wash my hands. Although I had my own, I wished at least this hostal provided a soap. Except that, the room and the bathroom was clean. Also the clerk was kind. He helped me alot.
• Staff: 10 The clerk was nice. Also I didn't had difficulties with speaking with him in English.
• Quietness: 7.5 At late night, I was worried due to many people outside talking loud. However, the outside noise was not a problem. However, some people inside talked with their friends at the hallway. This was quite annoying.
• Room: 7.5 The room was quite small but it was clean. The painting or the decoration at the wall was also beautiful.
• Value for money: 7.5 It was quite worth it.

• Positive: la localizacion y que a pesar de estar en pleno centro no se oyera ningun ruido de la calle
• Negative: La dificultad para llegar hjasta el parking ( no se podia ir por la calle Alcala porque estaba cerrada y despues de llegar por Sol no nos dejaron pasar porque habia una procesion ). Los municipales de Madrid muy desgradables.
