• Positive: La limpieza del hotel. Cada día limpian las habitaciones, tienes toallas limpias, papel de lavabo, jaboncitos pequeños ...
• Negative: La habitación 6 es excesivamente pequeña para una pareja. Debería ser una habitación individual. Ya que todo era demasiado estrecho.

• Location: 10 Está al lado del barrio de las letras, a 5 minutos caminando del metro y a 10 caminando de la estación de Atocha. Ahora han abierto un supermercado delante del hotel, por si uno quiere comprar alguna pieza de fruta o botella de agua, hasta las 22 de la noche.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Nuestra habitación era la número 6 y somos una pareja. Para nuestro gusto era una habitación demasiado pequeña para dos personas. Si en lugar de poner una cama de matrimonio en esta habitación, pusieran una individual, ganaría muchísimo más. El armario era muy pequeño y sólo había una mesita de noche. Por lo que yo aconsejaría que cambiasen las camas, la de matrimonio la pusieran en otra habitación, más amplia y con un armario más grande y la número 6 pasara a ser una individual.
• Staff: 5 La chica que está todo el día en el hotel es majísima, agradable, simpática, predispuesta siempre a ayudarte. El hombre que está por las noches simplemente es correcto.
• Quietness: 5 Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, por lo que cuando se ducha alguien en el baño de al lado o tiran de la cadena se oye todo.
• Room: 2.5 Demasiado pequeña
• Value for money: 5 La verdad es que me he alojado en el hotel con anterioridad y esta vez ha sido la que peor he estado. Quizá es porque había mucha más gente y por lo tanto había mucho más ruido.
