• Negative: This is about the room for two people (thus not the dorms): Extremely noisy (you could hear people walking around and chatting in the other rooms). Luckily we were on the good side of the hostel (so, we only had to hear the church bells and not the drunkards on the street for the whole night). The boiler did not work but it was shared between apartments so when our neighbors wanted to take a shower, somebody from the hotel would enter our room, without bothering to knock on the door, to 'fix' the boiler (it happened twice, at 7:30am on Saturday and Sunday). Finally, after having spent 240 euros for three nights, we wanted to leave our luggage for a couple of hours at the hostel: the price was 2 euros per person (plus you need to pay to rent blankets and towels). And don't forget to pay cash. If you want to pay by credit card, they'd charge you 5% more (is it because they don't like paying VAT?)
