  • Common facilities and services: 2.5 A pesar de encontrarse en plena reforma no fuimos avisados de la misma cuando realizamos a reserva. Nos lo notificaron 2 días antes de llegar, con lo cual el margen para poder buscar otro alojamiento era muy limitado.

  • Positive: Ede y David, las personas de recepción y Patricia la gobernanta. Muy simpáticas y serviciales. Lo mejor del hotel.
  • Negative: No hay ningún control de mascarillas en todo el hotel. Hay huéspedes sin mascarilla y los trabajadores no les avisan de que es obligatoria. En el buffet no se siguen los protocolos de sanidad ni hay control. Gente sin guantes, sin mascarilla. Creo que habéis perdido dos clientes por esto.

  • Cleanliness: 2.5 En las zonas comunes muy buena; en ls habitaciones me esperaba limpieza impecable y no ha sido así. Aparte, las trabajadoras UNA VEZ MÁS, sin mascarilla en ciertas ocasiones dentro de mi habitación.
  • Location: 10 Muy bien situado pero no está bien el acceso peatonal. Solo hay acceso mediante vehículo. Para dar representatividad al hotel, ya que están de obras, habría que hacer un acceso peatonal en condiciones y no entrar al recinto por las barreras.
