• Cleanliness: 5 Overall the room was clean however it is very dated. Pool was dirty and not cleaned for the duration of our stay.
• Location: 2.5 Need taxi or public transport to go anywhere apart from the beach
• Common facilities and services: Not rated Mould in the pool
• Staff: 2.5 On the last day we sat outside and had a drink, we moved inside. On passing the bar a young, tall waiter SHOUTED across to me from the bar to where I was sat in reception ‘ YOU HAVE YO PAY FOR YOYR DRINKS’ How rude, he hadn’t even given me the bill yet.
• Quietness: Not rated I had a pool view which was quiet however on the 5th night two young ladies were shouting and moving furniture and banging from 1.30 till 3.30am. I reported this to reception the next morning who said would speak to them. On that night the same room had a party from 4.10 till 6.00am so clearly no one spoke to them. This totally ruined our 25th wedding anniversary holiday. We didn’t sleep for two nights.
• Room: 5 Clean but very dated. Not 4 star standard at all. I felt that security to blocks 2 and 3 is very insufficient. Anybody could walk into the grounds and up to the rooms. There should be security doors that are accessed with the rooms keys. I would not have felt safe it my husband had not of been with me. Good size room. Walls too thin.
• Value for money: 2.5 We couldn’t stay by the pool because it was too dirty so had to pay for taxis into Marbella for the beach as it’s too expensive opposite.
