- Positive: Hola, finalmente no me alojé, ya que debido al incremento de casos COVID durante las fechas en las que teníamos la reserva decidimos anular el viaje, pero quería aprovechar el formulario de satifacción para expresar mi disgusto por la falta de comprensión y amabilidad por parte del personal del hotel al explicar nuestra situación. Al comunicar nuestra decisión de cancelar se nos comunicó, de forma muy poco amable, que se nos cobraría la reserva completa ya que la habitación era no reembolsable. Al explicarle los motivos de nuestra cancelación (motivos sanitarios y de responsabilidad) y rogarle que no nos cobrara, no se dignaron a responder y nos cobraron el importe completo. Me pareció de muy mala educación no dignarse a dar ninguna otra explicación, después de escribirles tres correos, incluyendo en uno de ellos una información del hotel donde se informaba que se trataba de un establecimiento muy comprensivo con la situación sanitaria, información que veo, por cierto, que ya han retirado de su página web.
- Negative: La poca amabilidad, comprensión y empatía por parte del personal del hotel al no dignarse a responder a mis correos, cuando yo avisé con tiempo de la cancelación de la reserva. Yo era usuaria habitual de este hotel, pero no pienso volver nunca más después de esta mala experencia.
