• Cleanliness: 5 La cama estaba mal hecha y en los cuatro días que estuve no limpiaron el baño.
• Location: 10 Está en el centro mismo de la ciudad y eso está genial
• Common facilities and services: 5 Lo peor del hotel. Aunque el hotel tiene ascensor tiene una entrada con escaleras y si llevas maletas, revientas cargando con ellas.
• Staff: Not rated Sólo vi a dos recepcionistas. Uno estaba por el día y otro toda la noche, ambos eran superantipáticos, hasta el extremo que les decías "buenos días" y no te contestaban
• Quietness: 5 Cuando yo fui había obras, así que había ruido
• Room: 7.5 La habitación estaba bien equipada aunque era un poco oscura
• Value for money: 5 He visto hostales más baratos y de mucha mejor calidad

• Location: 10 Excellent location. Centrally located a 20 minute walking distance from both the Palacio Real and the Museo del Prado.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 I always wish hotels and coin operated laundry facilities.
• Staff: 10 Everyone was extremely helpful with any question or request we had, whether it was for simple directions or arranging a cab.
• Quietness: 7.5 Located on a side street so not a lot of foot traffic.
• Room: 7.5 Could have had better storage for clothes. Very small drawers and space to hang clothes wasn%27t very deep. No biggie for short stays. Loved the air conditioning since I was there in August.
• Value for money: 10 Very reasonably priced and included free wifi internet!
