• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean. Housekeepers did a great job of cleaning the rooms and pool area.
• Location: 7.5 It isnt centrally based but it is close enough by metro. The hotel is less than 2 mins from the station. Taxi%27s were never anymore than 10euros from the main spots in the evening.
• Common facilities and services: 5 The pool area was great, but there was no bar staff at the bar.....ever. You need ot call down for any service. There was no resurant and the bar was always empty so there was no atmosphere. There are a few computers around to check you emails free of charge.
• Staff: 10 Great staff. Advised great places to go and catered to all of our needs and questions.
• Quietness: 10 Although there is a building site next door it was still really quiet.
• Room: 10 Great rooms, definitely the highlight of this hotel. Very sleek and modern. Only downside is that there are hardly any english channels on the TV. Only BBC world news.
• Value for money: 5 Not great value for money but not a rip off. Breakfast is defintley not worth is and the bar is expensive!

• Staff: 2.5 The staff at the bar had not heard of the "Tapas for Two" offer which was included in our booking, and they were quite rude and aggressive when we tried to explain it to them. The staff at the bat also had no English. The staff at reception were very helpful.
