• Location: 7.5 Excellent for the tour buses but quite a walk for La Rambla/Port

• Room: 10 Lovely modern facilities. Shower and lights a bit confusing to figure out at first!

• Location: 2.5 It was good to be close to a metro station but a bit too far from the centre or any of the places to visit
• Common facilities and services: 5 the tapas selection in the bar was miserable

• Quietness: 2.5 within the building, you could hear a slighters peep from the corridor and from outside, the last night we stayed there there was very noisy music pooring in till early morning hours. The metro running underneath the hotel kept us awake the first night but we got used to it.
• Room: 2.5 Yes and no. We liked the design and coloring and the style but there was one HUGE disadvantage. Gaudi may have been an innovative architect in the visual sense but in his designs, practical function was always first and foremost. In this hotel, seems the looks counted, no matter how it works. I am talking about the bathtub. The horisontal level of the tub, a handrest kind of is slanted in a wrong angle so that any drop of water that ends on it runs onto the floor, not into the tub. A lightest shower will make the floor flooded and the water runs to the bedroom side. We tried to stop the water with towels and kept mopping it afterwards for ages but never succeeded in preventing the floor turning into a bond. For this reason when you step inside the room you get a smell of mold smack across your face. Very unpleasant and unhealthy. I don%27t know if the problem exists in other rooms but I would not stay in that room again. The cleaners apparently did all they could but they couldn%27t solve hte problem. Also the bathroom had no door, you could see that it had been there but removed. We are intimate with my husband so we were all right but I would not share a room like that with a female friend for example.
• Value for money: 5 Well the price was very high but would have probably been worth it ecxept for the above mentioned

• Location: 7.5 It%27s good location for visiting Catalunya Museum and Miro foundation. And it has easy access to the city center, however, there are huge traffic in front of the hotel.
