• Positive: Hard to pick one thing. The location was perfect. Our junior suite was very well appointed. The staff welcomed my daughter for her birthday with a personalized card and chocolates from Fauchon. The pillows have the most wonderful scent. I want it for my house! Everyone was very kind and hospitable

• Location: 10 One block away from the Seine and Rue de Rivoli. Easy access to the Metro in several directions. Five-minute walk to Il-de-la-Cite and the Cathedral of Notre Dame, La Conciergie, Saint-Chapelle, Le Louvre, Pont Neuf.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Very inviting and warm ambiance in the parlor.
• Staff: 10 Always friendly and happy to answer questions, even in English!
• Quietness: 5 Our room was beautiful and overlooked Avenue Victoria. At night, it was noisy because there are a couple of cafes and bars across the street that are popular and attract patrons. It was a small trade for enjoying our room. The windows are quite thick and do a good job reducing noise in the room.
• Room: 10 I know rooms in Paris hotels are much smaller compared to U.S. hotels, so we booked a suite to have extra room since we were a party of three. We had enough room and felt very comfortable. The pullout sofa was comfortable, too. We LOVED that the shower/powder room was separate from the toilet. It made getting ready each morning and evening very easy for three people.
• Value for money: 7.5 The promotional offer we received was a fair value for the room.
