• Location: 10 This is literally the most ideal locale! Close to the Louvre, Pompidou, Notre Dame, great cafes. It made our visit even better!
• Common facilities and services: 10 The breakfast was wonderful, and the sitting room was gorgeous. We drank our anniversary champagne there
• Staff: 10 The staff are all very kind, helpful and welcoming. When our personalized Happy Anniversary card was mistakenly tossed out, the lovely woman at the front desk made us another so we could have a souvenir. We were greeted with a lovely fruit tray and champagne to congratulate us on our anniversary. The desk made us a restaurant reservation and everyone was just extremely helpful!

• Room: 10 It was a little warm in the room, but it got better when things cooled down outside.
• Value for money: 10 This is my fourth time at Britannique - the first time was with my sister in the 1990s, then I was there twice myself, and this time, with my love. Every single visit was just lovely. I really can't imagine staying at another hotel in Paris on future visits. This one is perfect!
