• Positive: Within walking distance to the train station. Public transport is easy to use from this location also. One Euro will get you to the city center compared to 10 to 15 Euros by taxi.
• Negative: Far from city center, for train travelers I would stay closer to the Atocha station. this would put you closer to the old city, good shopping, restaraunts, sightseeing, etc.
