Next to Ciutadella Park one of the most beautiful and close to the Gothic Quarter in the heart of the city, is the oldest nucleus and one of the most beautiful areas of Barcelona and its historic center.     "Cher client: d'abord merci pour votre temps. Désolé que le petit déjeuner était pas à la hauteur de leurs attentes, mais nous voulons qu'il soit clair que comprennent nos petits déjeuners. Il est plein buffet avec des plats froids et de la zone de plats chauds, du café, y compris le café décaféiné, fruits frais de la ferme qui possède la propriété de l'hôtel, jus de fruits naturels, réfrigérateur pour les produits laitiers, les viandes et pâtisseries tout ce qui nécessite un hôtel de cette catégorie. Désolé que je ne l'ai pas été à son goût. Nous espérons vous voir à notre hôtel. Anna Ruiz. Attention au client. "

  • Positive: The location. It was close to everything I needed and within walking distance of most attractions or the metro.
  • Negative: The night shift employee made inappropriate advances toward me. He called my hotel room 3-4 times and even knocked on my door. I nearly got the policia involved for my own safety concern but then he stopped after 3 hours of trying to get me to respond. 12am-15am!

  • Staff: 2.5 Daytime staff was excellent-very pleasant and accommodating with travel advice and tourist information (especially in English) but again, the night staff emoloyee ruined this hotel for me. His excessive advances to get me alone made me fearful of my safety and I had to research how to contact the police. I should have said something the next morning at checkout but I was just so freaked out and ready to get out of there that I just turned in my key and left! I won't stay there again. It was a great experience up until then.

  • Room: 7.5 Beds were weird. Double room consisted of 2 single beds pushed together.
