  • Positive: Very good location. Beach, Old Town, El Born etc were within walking distance.
  • Negative: We had very noisy neighbours on both sides of our room who were having parties before going out and after coming back. We could sleep only few hpurs per night.

  • I recommend it especially AGAINST... Luxury, Peace seekers, Budget travelers
  • Cleanliness: 7.5 Cleanliness was good. Usually it was very late afternoon when the cleaning lady came to our room.

  • Common facilities and services: 5 Common facilities were nice and modern style. There was quite cold in the lobby and breakfast room.

  • Quietness: Not rated Inside noise from neighbours rooms and corridor while wandering along corridor.
  • Room: 2.5 We were three people (3 beds). Our room was very small. Some extra quadratmeters would be nice when staying a longer period.

  • Cleanliness: 7.5 It was good and room were made well but could be vacuumed a bit better (still some dust in the grounds,...)
  • Location: 10 Perfect.
  • Common facilities and services: 5 I would expect better from a 4 Star hotel. I would consider this hotel to a good hotel between 2 and 3 stars. No bath robe, towels are not so "nice". I would still recommend but it's just the expectation from 4 stars vs the reality. A point is that the air conditionning is really difficult to manage (either way too cold or not working). The hotel lobby was also way too cold. Cold is good but freezing is not ;-)
  • Staff: 10 Really nice staff and respect the privacy very well
  • Quietness: 5 Good but not perfect. Can hear quite a bit in the adjacents rooms.
  • Room: 5 For a 4 stars hotel, the room are average. They are nice but smaller than I would expect.
  • Value for money: 5 I wouldn't consider it a 4 stars but other than that I would recommend and had a very good stay.
