• Positive: Que Carlos fuera tan amable de llevarnos a la estación de Sants a coger el tren al dia siguiente de nuestra estancia. No estaba obligado, ya que el transfer sólo nos permitía ir hasta la terminal del aeropuerto a coger el Rodalíes.
• Negative: Que el propio Magnus, el regente del hotel, nos dejara colgados en la terminal del aeropuerto la noche que llegamos cuando teníamos contratado el servicio de transfer del aeropuerto al hotel. Esto es lo que se llama predicar con el ejemplo...y menos mal que tenía el hotel con ocupación mínima a pesar de las fechas. Al llegar al hotel nos quejamos, y Alan salió del paso como pudo (la culpa no fue suya si su jefe se piró del aeropuerto sin esperar a sus huéspedes). Se olvidaron de la bebida de bienvenida cuando llegamos pasadas las 12:30 de la madrugada, y otra vez Alan nos ofreció bebidas gratis del minibar.

• Positive: receptionist was kind and reacted adequately by giving me a different room; once I had discovered that the sheet in my bed had been used before ea was not clean!
• Negative: when I got into my bed at night, I took of the top sheet because it was hot and noted that the lower sheet wasn't clean. there were dark hairs and skin peels- very gross espcially in this time of COVID 19.

• Negative: The pre prepared dinner of grilled salmon was like cafeteria food. But I was happy to have been able to eat.

• Common facilities and services: 5 It was during Covid so I didn't see any of the common facilities. The bar area was OK.
• Staff: 10 The staff were really very nice, especially Alan, the receptionist. The gentleman at the bar was not as helpful however. Maybe because he didn't speak any English at all.
• Quietness: 10 I was on the 6th floor and it was very quiet.
• Room: 5 I had booked a superior room. At first I was told all the rooms were the same and was given a room on the 3rd floor but then a corner room on the 6th floor which was what I had originally booked.
• Value for money: 5 It is not a luxury hotel. But the parking is a big plus.
