• Negative: Publicidad engañosa .No cumplir con los servicios publincluidos en la reserva . Me incluia en la reserva servicio de desplazamiento al aeropuerto y cóctel el de bienvenida . Como dejaba la habitación a las 3,30 el servicio no estaba operativo . Podrían haberse hecho cargo del taxi , además solo utilice la habitación 5 horas una persona. Pers evitar repetición del error deben de matizar este aspecto y las situaciones no incluidas .
