• Positive: The breakfast was great and the room was spacious. I wold stay here again.
• Negative: The night shuttle didn't come. Our plane was delayed but we arrived about 10pm. Went to location no shuttle for 30 minutes. We called twice and was assured they run every 20 minutes. After waiting for an hour and 40 minutes we paid 20 Euro and caught a taxi. The shuttle to airport when leaving was on time and worked well.

• Positive: room with triple twin beds; restuarant was outstanding
• Negative: hotel front desk clerk who was on duty at 15:40 on Oct 6, 2018. The hotel clerk from earlier that afternoon told us to ask at the front desk to call for a cab that would accomodate 5 people. We went to the front desk at 3:45 and the male clerk told us that Barcelona did not have any 5 person cabs (a lie!) and that we needed to take 2 cabs instead which cost us an extra $30. And we took 3 other 5 person cabs around Barcelona later that day and evening. Your desk clerk is a liar and scammer and therefore I would never stay at your hotel again or visit Barcelona - I would rather visit the French and Germans rather than the Spaniards.
