• Positive: Close proximity to all the things that our group wanted for the time we were there. Plus, the staff were exceptionally good.

• Cleanliness: 10 Every area was clean.
• Location: 10 Bars, restaurants places to see all within less than half a kilometre
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Breakfast area and bar both clean, service good.
• Staff: 10 Reception staff particularly good. My Spanish is poor, their English, in the main, was excellent. Bar staff good.
• Quietness: 10 To say that this hotel is only 50 metres from the centre of Madrid I was very pleasantly surprised at the lack of noise
• Room: 7.5 I had a room that was large enough, spotlessly clean and had a small balcony. Good.
• Value for money: 10 Most certainly got what we paid for.
