• Positive: Die Lage für ausgedehntes Shopping ist optimal und auch als Mittelpunkt für Sightseeing liegt das Hotel ideal.
• Negative: Seit ca. 10 Jahren besuche ich regelmässig das Europa. 2012 zum letzten mal. Das kleine Einzelzimmer wurde uns Stammgästen als Doppelzimmer vermietet und auch auf Beanstandung hin wurde uns kein anderes angeboten. In unserem Zimmer gabs an dem Tag kein warmes Wasser, was die Leute von der Rezeption nicht beeindruckt hat. Ein kleines Zimmer, nur kaltes Wasser und das zum Vollpreis. Für mich ein No-Go!

• Quietness: 2.5 Der Platz und die Seitenstrassen beim Hotel sind stetig stark belebt. Schlafen beim geöffneten Fenster ist eigentlich unmöglich. Von den Wochenendnächten ganz zu schweigen.
• Room: 5 Vorsicht! Das Hotel verfügt über sog. "Schachtzimmer", Zimmer die also in einen Lichtschacht führen. Diese sind ruhiger dafür muss man Tageszeit und Wetter erahnen. Je nach Lichtschachtgrösse hat man direkten Sichtkontakt zu den umliegenden Zimmer.
