• Positive: The staff was very friendly, and the room was great. Great location, too - right in the center of old Madrid. We flew into and out of Madrid. We stayed there at the beginning of our vacation, and cancelled a reservation at another hotel so we could stay there again when we returned to Madrid.

• Positive: The location, the modern and spacious bathrooms (with full bath and lots of counter space), and the friendly and helpful staff, and free internet in the room. Good value for the price.
• Negative: Having to pay to use the safe in the room. Would be nice to have a few more English language TV stations for those times when I am relaxing in the room and before bed.

• Location: 10 Right at Puerta del Sol in the heart of Madrid, and with walking distance of most all attractions.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5
• Staff: 10 Front desk staff all spoke English and all were very helpful.
• Quietness: 7.5 4 with an asterisk. I had a window on the street, which I wanted, but Madrid is a very lively city and there were usually some sounds throughout the evening - musicians playing in Puerta del Sol, carousers singing at 5:00 am, etc. I actually enjoyed this because it reinforced the vibrancy of the city. The windows are good and mute most of it anyway. If you want quiet get a room facing the interior courtyard.
• Room: 7.5 Clean and functional. Nice-sized bathroom.
• Value for money: 10 For a combination of room, location, and price this place can't be beat.

• Positive: La Ubicacion del Hotel es buenisima, no se puede pedir mas, esta en el centro Geografico del Centro de Madrid a 20 metros de una de las estaciones de metro principales de Madrid, la de la Puerta del Sol
• Negative: Había solicitado una cama matrimonial y en su lugar me proporcionaron dos camas semimatrimoniales unidas entre si, no había Shampoo ni Acondicionador en el Baño, que para lo que cuesta el hotel debería de haber. Todo lo demas, me parece muy bueno, me quedaría en este lugar nuevamente sin lugar a dudas.
