• Positive: Top floor balcony room overlooking Plaza del sol - great place to people watch. The location is also very convenient: metro right at the doorstep and central to exploring all the sights and museums - can walk to all. Got great tapas recommendations from hotel.
• Negative: a little street noise comes through the windows as Plaza del Sol is a 24/7 venue (ok...perhaps quiet from 3am-8am), but all you need is either good ear plugs or being a sound sleeper.

• Positive: Lo que mas me gusto sin duda, fué el trato y la atención del servicio, fueron muy atentos y amables. Por supuesto, la situación del hotel es inmejorable. Voy con cierta frecuencia a Madrid y pienso repetir en este hotel.
• Negative: Solo eche de menos un pequeño frigorífico o mueble bar en la habitación. Resulta muy util, sobre todo en verano y epocas de calor.
