• Negative: It was extremely noisy. The noise from the protesters and drunks in the plaza made sleep almost impossible, and the maintenance people made so much noise in the hallway and upstairs that the only hours your could sleep were the hours they don't work.

• Location: 10 On Puerta del Sol, the Times Square of Madrid. Fantastic location.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Not a lot of services. Lobby was attractive.
• Staff: 7.5 Very helpful staff.
• Quietness: 5 It is on a very busy square. "Muzak" in the hallways was too loud, but the rooms were well sound proofed to the outside noise.
• Room: 5 Fantastic view of the Square, but the rooms need a little more decoration.
• Value for money: 10 Considering the location, it was am excellent value.

• Quietness: 5 We brought earplugs as we desired a room facing onto the square. However during the day and evening noise was not a problem
