• Location: 10 Couldn't be better, the Puerta Del Sol is the living room of Madrid and it's interesting 7x24. Everything is in walking distance and there are pedestrian only streets radiating from the square.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The facilities were great. It's not a luxury hotel but it had everything we wanted at a great price. The WIFI was strong everywhere I tried.
• Staff: 7.5 The staff was polite and helpful.
• Quietness: 7.5 Rooms on the square are noisy with the windows open but very quiet with them closed.
• Room: 7.5 Stayed there twice. Largish rooms, comfortable beds, small balcony's but with a great view.
• Value for money: 10
