• Quietness: 7.5 For a hotel close to a busy square, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't hear any noise from outside. I could only hear a small amount of noise from other rooms.

• Positive: The location can't be beat and the front desk help was outstanding. The view from the room was overlooking the Puerto del Sol which was active all day and most of the night, and beautiful to watch. We shut out the noise by just closing the windows. Also the restaurant attached was excellent.

• Location: 10 Can't be beat. Right at the subway stop and the stop for the daily on and off tour bus we took.

• Staff: 10 Helped us in every way we asked.
• Quietness: 10 Although our room overlooked a very active plaza, we were able to close our windows and shut out all the noise.
• Room: 7.5 Clean, not much storage space and lighting wasn't the best but we managed.
• Value for money: 10 We definitely got an excellent value.

• Positive: - Die absolut zentrale Lage - alles im Zentrum ist Sonntags geöffnet und vom Hotel direkt erreichbar - U-Bahn Sol wenige Meter vom Hoteleingang entfernt, also gut geeignet für schwer bepackte Reisende, die vom Flughafen mit dem sehr günstigen Metro" in die Stadt fahren - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig (im Innenhof), entsprach meinen Wunsch bei der Reservierung (was nicht immer der Fall ist)
• Negative: Ich würde nicht unbedingt in diesem Hotel für ein längeres Aufenthalt bleiben (keine gemütliche Atmosphere, viele Leute in der Lobby, man zahlt gleich bei der Ankunft - was auch schon einiges über die Klientel und die Art des Hauses sagt - aber für 2-3 Nächte um Madrid zu entdecken ist es ideal.

• Staff: 5 War OK. Zahlen gleich beim Einchecken.
• Quietness: 10 Wegen Innenhof-Lage.
• Room: 7.5 Zimmer OK, schönes sauberes Bad
• Value for money: 7.5 War ca. 100 EUR die Nacht für ein Doppelzimmer im Inenhof. Vergleichbar mit anderen Städten in Spanien, allerdings war kein Frühstück dabei wie in den vergleichbaren Hotels.
