• Location: 10 mitten im Zentrum, Fußgängerbereich,sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung

• Staff: 10 meistens an der Rezeption sehr genaue Auskünfte zu Verkehrsverbindungen und Ausflugszielen
• Quietness: 7.5 Zimmer zum Innenhof ruhig, wenn nicht gerade nachts lärmende Gäste die Ruhe stören!
• Room: 10 unser Zimmer war sehr groß,allerdings etwas dunkel zum Innenhof, aber die elektrische Beleuchtung war sehr gut

• Negative: Otra vez, no es vuestra culpa, pero el conductor de taxi que nos recomendaron como "de confianza" nos engañó con el precio, aduciendo que su medidor no funcionaba correctamente. (Esta ha sido nuestra única experiencia desagradable en España).

• Location: 10 Muy bien ubicado al lado del metro, tiendas y muy cerca de los museos

• Staff: 10 Sobre todo el personal de limpieza muy amable y eficaz.También la gente de la recepcion muy simpatica

• Room: 7.5 Evidentemente cuando se pide una habitacion interior la vista es limitada. Quizas el aparato de TV es un poco antiguo y la imagen es pequena y no clara, sobre todo para la gente que la mira que no es mi caso.
