• Cleanliness: 10 Everything was spotlessly clean. It wasn't brand new but perfectly good.
• Location: 10 Right in the gothic area with beautiful little streets, shops, cafes and very close to the old cathedral.
• Common facilities and services: 5 We paid only for the room but there was a nice roof terrace and meals were available if you wanted them.
• Staff: 7.5 Pleasant, helpful, open 24 hours.
• Quietness: 10 No traffic noise even with the windows open.
• Room: 7.5 The room was fine but not very big. The bathroom fittings were not new, but there was plenty of hot water and a bath as well as a shower.
• Value for money: 10 This was an amazing hotel for the price, art deco decoration in communal areas all well fitted. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel in terms of value for money.

• Staff: 2.5 hubo un caso de filtracion de agua en el bano desde el piso superior. no fue arreglado durante el dia. fue dectado solo despues que yo lo reporte por corto cicuitos en nuestra habitacion. nos ofrecieron pasar a otra habitacion, si queriamos. sin ninguna disculpa, ayuda o mejoria en la cualidad de habitacion
