• Positive: la terracita de la habitación, el servicio de aparcamiento de los coches que es muy cómodo y el buffet de las noches para cenar algun día.
• Negative: el tema de las toallas. La gente se reserva las tumbonas poniendo la toalla muy temprano por la mañana tanto en la playa como en la piscina y si vas a las 10.30 a la playa o piscina ya no tienes tumbona. Lo encuentro fatal ya que en toria está prohibido hacerlo!!

• Negative: The sun loungers were disgraceful. The Hawkers on the beach were very intimidating and intrusive all day.

• Location: Not rated The hotel was difficult to find , the approach road was poor and the general position was dreadful.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Dreadful the public toilets had no soap for the entire week. The beech area was filthy.
• Staff: 5 Only one member of staff was helpful and friendly. Lorena on reception. The waiting staff were at best sullen. There seemed to be no pride taken in their job.

• Room: 7.5 But we did have a suite on the front looking directly out to sea. Other rooms were poor looking into another hotel or at the pool.
• Value for money: Not rated Prices were outrageous 4.50 euros for a kit kat, charging 6 euros for an ice bucket and then 15 euros a day to park your car in the hotel car park. this was a disgrace.
