• Positive: The attitiude of most of the staff, they were very pleasant, helpful and friendly
• Negative: The hotel looks as though it has been neglected and it needs some money spent on it - this affects a number of issues. We had chosen this hotel for a few days of our honeymoon as we has stayed there 2 years ago and has enjoyed it.

• Room: 2.5 The first room we were given smelt damp on entering. We had paid for a junior suite and were very disappointed. The room we were moved to was better
• Value for money: 5 The hotel needs money spending on it, I would describe it as tatty. At breakfast we were charged 7 euros for 2 fried eggs. which we considered excessive and we asked for some at the bar and he wanted to charge us 6 euros.

• Positive: I use the hotel frequently for my trips to Malaga. All previous times where very pleasant
• Negative: This time it was the first time i went in the high season and really could feel the difference. The room was located far at the end, where they forgot to clean the room 3 times (untill i called). The breakfasts quality is lower than previous hotel stays.
