• Positive: The reception, restaurant and bar staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very nice and restaurant food excellent.
• Negative: Children only allowed in indoor pool for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon - which we were not warned about beforehand. Spa staff very unhelpful.

• Negative: I thought this was a very outdated hotel, The decor and furnishings were old and warn and had lost there charm. The TV in the room did not work and when it was reported I was told that they were sorry but they could not fix it. I was told I could have internet in my room and then was advised later that it was not possible again to the system being broken in my room. All of this suprised us as we had paid to up grade to obe of the better rooms. The Bar closed and we were asked to leave. This is first and I have stopped in Hotels all over the world. Very bad value for money

• Location: Not rated good for my trip but I would not want a holiday here

• Staff: 7.5 Helpful but no support as it is the Hotel that is the problem, Needs serious money spending on it or Star rating heavily reduced

• Room: 5 Room was one of the best rooms in the Hotel, I would not want to be in a standard room, No view dreadfull, Dark room No sunlight
• Value for money: Not rated Very poor, Heavly over priced a nice 3 star hotel would be better value in Spain

• Negative: Obvious recession cut-backs. Room not serviced for 48hrs, overpriced restaurant (42 Euros even for the daily menu) Spa - including indoor pool - closed on Sundays, hotel starting t look tired and in need of an update

• Cleanliness: 5 Hotel OK but room not cleaned promptly
• Location: 5 Great for golfers, easy for airport, but not a lot else nearby
• Common facilities and services: 5 Appalled to find spa closed on Sundays. Treatments overpriced. Pool a lot cooler than before and jacuzzi not working

• Room: 7.5 Good size, good bathroom, some rugs on the floor would help make it feel more homely and less cold.
• Value for money: 5 Room offer at 110 Euros, 4 nights for the price of 3 really good value. Restaurant prices unacceptable. Breakfast could be varied more
