• Staff: 2.5 One staff in particular was not friendly - could not provide any type of information on restaurants nearby and gave poor instructions/descriptions of how to use public transportation.

• Room: 5 Smal but fine. Amenities such as toiletries - below average - should provide liguid liquid rather than tiny soap bars. Toweles/sheets were below average and were not very white in color - no wash cloth.
