• Positive: Personalmente... no me ha gustado apenas nada...
• Negative: No me ha gustado la habitación, ni el precio, ni que cobren suplemento por tener mini balcón orientado al mar o a la piscina. Tampoco me ha gustado ir a la piscina y no tener amaca o tumbona ya que solo disponen de 8 para tantos clientes.

• Cleanliness: 5 Fuerte olor al ambientador que usan al entrar en la habitación. El baño tiene muy poca ventilación.
• Location: 5
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 La habitación es muy pequeña para la categoría que dice tener el hotel y tambien para su precio... es excesivo.
• Staff: 2.5 Para mi opinión, se toman con muchísima calma el dar la habitación al cliente cuando llega al hotel. A mí mismo, me dieron por error una habitación al llegar que no estaba ni arreglada, me dieron otra, resulta que se habían equivocado.
• Quietness: 2.5 Tranquilidad se tiene depende de la ubicación de tu ventana o balconcito...
• Room: Not rated La habitación es relativamente muy pequeña, no pueden cobrar tanto y ser de 4 estrellas y tener una habitación de tan pocas dimensiones.
• Value for money: Not rated Para ser un 4 estrellas, que en mi opinión no se merece mas que tres, es muy muy caro para las cosas que ofrecen, habitación pequeña y en la pìscina muy pocas tumbonas para echarse, solo 8.

• Positive: The location. Though Tarragona is not that large and surely there are better hotels well located too.
• Negative: - It%27s an old room, surely good 15 years ago. But now needs renovation. As it is, it should be a 3-stars hotel. - The treatment at the reception. My girlfriend and me used this webpage to book a "double room". Once in the hotel, we were given a room with two separate beds. We complained at the reception we wanted a double bed and they told us that since we didn%27t specified it in the form (there was not a place to specify it!), and now all rooms with double beds (at the price we paid) were full we could not get it. They offered us the possibility to pay more for a room "with views" with a double bed. In such a situation, taking into account the only difference with the room we paid was the views, they could have left us sleep in the room with views for that night. Instead, the lady in charge at the reception suggested we should have arrived earlier at the hotel (we had a reservation! unbelievable...) and said that it was our fault because we didn%27t specify we wanted a double room. I expected much more from a 4-star hotel. - The parking. Make sure to make a reservation if you want some parking space, because it is always full; it%27s too small for such a big hotel. However, mind that by parking, they mean

• Value for money: 2.5 If there is a reduction of price, the hotel may be worth the money. But the room is quite old, more similar to 3-stars hotel than a 4-stars one.

• Cleanliness: 10 Rooms cleaned every day, by a very friendly and approachable staff
• Location: 7.5 I was looking forward to being able to swim but unfortunatly the beach was a long walk from the hotel due to a railway line and the hotel%27s pool was closed as we travelled to early in the season
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 We travelled off season - most of these facilities were closed
• Staff: 10 We found the staff very friendly and helpful - especially with waiting for me to string my few words of Spanish (which I had learned especially for the holiday)together.
• Quietness: 7.5 There was some work being done in the hotel at the time which we weren%27t informed of prior to our visit, but from my room I couldn%27t hear any noise from that however there was work being done nearby and the noise from that was pretty horrible so we kept our patio doors closed
• Room: 10 The rooms were good, simple and very clean.
• Value for money: 10 We got exactly what we paid for no complaints :-)
