• Negative: Oddly there seemed to be no terrace to take advantage of the view - a small point I suppose. The most annoying thing was the maintenance work in the morning that we had not been asked about.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 There was 1 cockroach in our bathroom on one night. Gone the next day. Freaked me out a bit.

• Quietness: 5 There was maintenance work every morning outside our bedroom from 8am. However we complained and they stopped until 10am. I would have preferred no noise at all. This continued for all our stay. The management did give us a discount at the end but again it would have been better not to have it at all.

• Room: Not rated A l%27habitació 137 no hi tenia altres llums que no fossin les làmpedes del capçal del llit; va caure una tapeta dels cables al primer cop que tancava la porta i, per acabar-ho d%27arrodonir, no tenia corrent a cap endoll de l%27habitació. Quan em vaig queixar, els va costar canviar-me, i encara ho feien com un favor.

• Room: Not rated ocupamos una habitacion para 4. El estado de mantenimiento de la misma rayaba la denuncia, enchufes electricos en mal estado, las barandillas de la terraza oxidadas y en mal estado, y mobiliario muy viejo y ajado.El tamaño era corrrecto.

• Staff: 2.5 The reseption was very serious and dull - not polite. Didn%27t look to your eyes, didn%27t talk much.

• Room: 2.5 First we had a wrong room - small without balcony. After we told this to reseption - first they told we hadn%27t payed the room with a balcony, but after they agreed and we changed to the right room with a seaview. That room was good.

• Staff: Not rated El coche se nos quedo sin bateria y nadie de recepcion nos quiso ayudar. La jefa de recepcion no nos dejo entrar hasta las 3 de la tarde y tuvimos que lavarnos la cara en el baño del hall.
• Quietness: Not rated Las habitaciones no estan insonorizadas, faltaba la rejilla de ventilacion y se oia al vecino haciendo sus necesidades en el baño.
• Room: Not rated La cama tendria los mismos años que el hotel, se nos clavaban todos los muelles. Ya va siendo hora de que cambien el colchon, treinta año de vida ya esta bien.
• Value for money: Not rated Parece mentira que sea un cuatro estrellas. Por un precio equivalente es mejor alojarse en el AC Tarragona, es nuevo y la gente es muy amable.
