• Positive: The location of the hotel, nearby the train station and close to the center of the city. Then, the room was very clean. And the bathroom was very large, compared to other hotels in this category.
• Negative: That there wasn't a place for smokers inside the hotel. Then, the walls were very thin, one could hear what the neighbors are doing or speaking.

• Quietness: 2.5 The outside noise was OK. Just that the the walls were very thin, I could hear one guest in the other room snoring.
• Room: 5 We felt a little awkward because there was no hall, the entrance in the room was directly from the corridor.
