• Positive: the cleanliness of the whole hotel, we found the staff extreemly helpful and friendly.
• Negative: the fact that there was no entertainment in the evening and the only place to get a drink was the pool bar, although there was a lovely room inside it was only used for watching the tv, as the hotel was so far away from everything we ended up just going to bed early.

• Negative: old looking high rise building next to busy traffic. Service was sporadic. some people in reception were very helpful, others were not. More information how to utilise facilities is required. Cleaners took towels in the morning and did not replace. Unfortunately Hotel May is not my type of hotel
