• Negative: Check in - I was told that check in was from 4pm, after being told twice to come back after 2pm. It is written on the hotel information after arriving, but not before.

• Staff: 2.5 The staff on reception on arrival, were at best, "abrupt". That is until a woman of some authority appeared

• Location: 7.5 Close to the beach.. short walk to centre of town
• Common facilities and services: 5 Small and uninteresting pool area. Breakfast room unappealing and pool side food below standard.
• Staff: 7.5 Generally nice and helpful, but one or two fell below standards
• Quietness: 5 Aircon only worked at highest setting which meant very loud and poor sleep as a result
• Room: 5 Pointless balcony, sink blocked, aircon only working on highest setting, no key avail for the safe, bed very hard and had a sore hip after a couple of days
• Value for money: 2.5 Below par on value for money for the above reasons
